Filosa is a one person industrial design studio in Brooklyn, New York, and I am the only person who sees what comes through the contact form.
The form collects your name, email address, project type, and whatever you write in the message field. That is all it collects.
I use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation if the project goes ahead. Nothing else. I do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
Submissions reach me by email through Framer, which hosts this site, so Framer handles the form on its way to my inbox and the message arrives from noreply@framer.com. Framer's own privacy policy covers what it does with the data in transit.
Framer also counts visits to the site. It does that without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you, so there is nothing here to consent to.
Inquiries stay in my email. If you want yours deleted, write to hello@filosa.design and I will delete it and confirm that I have.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask what I hold, ask for a copy, and ask for it to be deleted. Same address.
